Took my bike in for stuttering, and they replaced the stator. Immediately afterwards I had a shaking in the primary and took it back this year. When I went to pick it up, they said they found nothing wrong with it...but within minutes I picked up the shake and they diagnosed it as a crimped chain (without even opening up the primary). Have lost half this riding season because the stator is shot again. Spent a lot of money on the initial repair, and they couldn't even hear a very audible sound of a bike with problems. Now I'll have to take it elsewhere to get the same "expensive as hell" work done elsewhere. I had asked them to book a service to fix it this time, and they just ignored me. I think they used to be good, but have lost their touch lately.
Picked up a nail in my tire in front of the Black Diamond Hotel on a Saturday afternoon. Had a buddy ride to Motorrad and ask for help. They drove their truck over and picked up the bike. They didn't have a new tube, but they found a used tube with a patch on it and out it in. Was back on the road in a no time. Service like that has earned my loyalty....and damn fine Mexican food.
Friendly place, seems like a great service shop. Genuinely passionate about bikes.
This place is always great. Quick simple tire swap today, done a few hours sooner than they said they would be which is always a good thing. Always good service and they really know bikes.
