Blackies pub is worth the drive from Calgary. Great prices and kind service. Check out Saturday nights for the amazing house band and open jam.
Our room was recently all renovated and was very clean and new. It looked and smelled fresh and nice. My only complaint was there was NO hot water. I tried calling the front desk to ask about it but no one answered. I feel I paid too much since I had no coffee or hot water. The pub had great staff, good food and good service and awesome big patio.
Trying to sleep on these bricks they try to pass off as beds as we speak. Was told the room rate was 109 "all in" (already way too expensive, this place should be 80 a night tops) but was charged 125. Shower was dirty with considerable rust around the drain. Doubt I'll actually get to sleep tonight and I'm 125$ poorer for it to boot. Very disappointed.
